Testing in Sepang was cut short today by a storm at around 3:30pm, but not before Kawasaki rider Shinya Nakano could put in a lap time almost three seconds quicker than his previous best, to go fastest on the ZX-RR.
Although the Malaysian weather remained above 30° C throughout the day, track conditions were an improvement on yesterday and as a result most riders managed to put in improved times.
More updates on the days testing will follow shortly. Unofficial Test Times1. Shinya Nakano - Kawasaki Racing 2'01.80 2. Loris Capirossi - Ducati Marlboro 2'01.87 3.
